Terms & Conditions

Business & Corporate

Ordering
Orders can be placed by phone or email. You can either complete our online order form or email us at orders@justcorporate.co.uk. Just Corporate require a minimum  24 Hours notice on all bookings if a purchase order number is required on your invoice please advise at time of booking. All prices include delivery, china, napkins and linen.

Payment
A corporate/business account will be opened when your credit application form has been completed. Once the form is received you shall be sent your Just Corporate welcome pack detailing your account number.

Invoicing
Invoices for your corporate catering will either accompany your buffet or shall be posted separately. All invoices are payable within  30 days from date of invoice. Payment may be made by Cheque, BACS or Credit/Debit Card.

 

Private

Ordering
A non-refundable £ 50.00 deposit and a written letter of confirmation secures the date of your booking until this is received we shall continue to offer quotations as requested. Once the initial deposit is received Just Corporate will send you confirmation of booking. Final numbers are required 2 weeks before the event.

Payment
80% of the invoice total is payable by 2 weeks before the event. The balance of your account will be payable 7 days after the event. Payments may be made  by cheque or by credit debit card facility. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, charges will be made in direct proportion to any cost thus incurred.

Pricing Policy
Prices quoted for all our private events are per head. The services of an event supervisor/coordinator, staff, china, cutlery, napkins and standard white table linen are all included within your price.
